INTENDED USE

  • Heparin Blood Collection Tubes are intended to be used for the analysis of blood withdrawn from patients under anticoagulant therapy. The anticoagulant heparin activates antithrombin, thus blocking the coagulation cascade and producing a whole blood/plasma sample making it ideal for the analysis.

MATERIAL

  • Tubes manufactured using transparent PET  or Glass.
  • Caps manufactured using polyethylene.
