Intended Use :
For “in vitro” determination of Creatinine in serum or plasma or
Urine in Chemwell-T automated clinical chemistry analyzer.
Not meant for use on any other chemistry analyser or by manual
method.
Principle:
At alkaline pH values, creatinine reacts with picric acid to
produce a coloured compound, creatinine alkaline picrate, which
is photometrically measured.
