Applications :
For the cultivation and maintenance of a wide variety of microorganisms.

Composition:
Agar:15.0 gm/lit.
Peptone: 5.0 gm/lit.
NaCl:5.0 gm/lit.
Yeast extract:2.0 gm/lit.
Beef extract:1.0 gm/lit.

pH at 25°C : 7.4 ± 0.2

Directions :
1. Add 28.0 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
