Applications :
For the enumeration of viable bacteria in milk and dairy products, heterotrophic bacteria in water by pour plate techniqueDirections :
1. Add 17.5 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
