The Powder Pillows ManVer 2 Indicator is intended for use with test kits and Hach handheld digital titrator for total hardness determination.Powder Pillows reagent pouches are hermetically sealed in foil pouches for a long shelf life.Summary of method: A buffer solution (an organic amine and one of its salts) is added to the sample to adjust the pH to 10.1. An organic dye, calmagite, is then added as the indicator for the test.
