Directions :
1.Add 36.148 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat to boiling while stirring.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
