Notes
     Directions :
1. Add 10.0 ml glycerol to distilled/deionized water.
2. Add 45.3 gm powder to the above solution.
3. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
4. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Applications :
For the selective cultivation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
