R demineralizers are devices that combine features of two series: Technical and Ultra into one system, optimizing in - vestment costs by reduction of shared construction areas. These devices produce ultrapure water fitting the FP and PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 standard for first purity class. They are also equipped with an extended automatics, that al - lows the user to monitor disposables performance, data archiving, individual adjustment of alarm levels for feed water parameters, water after reverse osmosis and ultra - pure, along with controlling the function of automatic membrane modules rinsing. These systems also have a set of protections for comfortable system operation

General information:

– Fed by tap water.

– Water purification process levels:

• sediment pre-filter 5µm,

• integrated module (sediment-carbon-softening),

• demineralization on an spectrally clean ion-exchange TOC bed,

• reverse osmosis,

• UV lamp 254 nm,

• microfiltration capsule 0,45/0,2μm.

– Device efficiency min. 20-22 dm3/h.
– Demineralized water conductivity  0,55 μS/cm.
– Water collection point – first purity class ((PN-EN ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, EP).
– Obtained water may be used for instrumental analyses AAS, ICP/MS, IC, HPLC, GC, bacteria cultures, biochemical analyses.
– System equipped with a 10 dm3 pressure storage tank.

– Automatic ultrapure water recirculation between water collections.
– Fed by cold water: 5-40ºC.
– Power supply: 230V/50Hz.

Standard:

Water purified in this device fits the PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 standard for I purity class and microbiological/physicoche - mical FP requirements for purified production water.

Application:

Obtained water may be used for instrumental analyses AAS, ICP/MS, IC, HPLC, GC, bacteria cultures, biochemical analyses, molecular biology
