Applications :
Used for cultivation and maintenance of a wide variety of microorganisms.

Directions :
1. Add 37.00 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
