Directions :

1. Add 57.52 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Heat gently and bring to boiling.
4. Distribute into tubes.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Applications:
For the differentiation and identification of Gram-negative bacilli based upon the fermentation of dextrose and lactose and production of H2S.
