HPC Total Count Sampler
Overview
Our Samplers and Swab Test Kits simplify routine microbiological analysis of surfaces for bioburden levels of bacteria, yeast, or mold. This technique eliminates the cumbersome and expensive hardware and materials associated with traditional testing techniques. The Swab enables sampling in areas difficult to reach.
Application
The HPC Red Test Sampler contains m-HPC medium for recovery of aerobic bacteria, non stressed as well as stressed.

Biological Information
Organism Appearance Colonies appear glistening and translucent or transparent. Colours vary from colourless to white, cream yellow or occasionally pigmented. Magnification of colonies is recommended.

Sewage organisms from primary effluent water, E. aerogenes, E. coli, P. aeruginosa; Recovery ≥80 %
