Product Overview INSPECTA Ac ANALYSER 020AQ0051  Piovan patented Analyzer to determine the Acetaldehyde (AA) content in PET preforms in a simple, reliable and repetitive way. PET preforms manufacturing requires close control in order to meet top grade quality production standards: INSPECTAAc is Piovan precious tool to increase process control in PET preforms production lines and/or in blow molding and filling lines. INSPECTAAc benefits: A user-friendly instrument that can be used by not specialised operators - with no need for: preform milling or other sample preparation, precision scales, plotting calibration graph… • Real time production lot testing: the preform can be tested one hour after production, with no deferred results as typical of traditional GC analysis in a lab • Analysis time: 30 minutes / preform + 8 minutes for result • Specifically designed for application with PET preforms.
