Product Overview

The Moloney-Murine Leukemia Virus Reverse Transcriptase in the OneScript® Plus cDNA Synthesis Kit has been genetically modified to eliminate RNase H activity and ensure heat stability. This mutant enzyme produces greater cDNA yields, longer cDNA up to 12 kb, and can operate at high temperatures (50°C - 55°C), making secondary structures associated with GC-rich RNA templates easier to remove. When compared to the high oxidation-sensitive human RNase inhibitors, OneScript® Plus is designed using abm's RNaseOFF Ribonuclease Inhibitor, which offers improved resistance to oxidation. RNaseOFF is the greatest choice for ultimate RNA protection because it is stable even at very low DTT (1 mM) doses.
